2 - Think that you will have time for everything.

You should always keep in mind that with your study you are playing the future in a certain way, and that in the end there will always be time to do fun things after completing your tasks.

Distractions are the worst enemy of students and are a mistake when it comes to studying.

When you pay attention in class, you can also ask the relevant questions to solve your doubts about a specific topic or study material.

6 - Get enough rest.

Both a good rest and a good diet are essential for the performance and productivity of any person.

7 - Prioritize the subjects that cost you the most to understand.

The first time of study will be the one that concentrates your highest point of attention and, normally after a few hours, it will go in total decline. So, take advantage of those moments when you are most awake to dedicate time to what is most difficult for you.

8 - Lean on material on the internet.

The first material that you should take into account is the one recommended by the teacher; But if you feel that with this plus the explanations in class you still do not understand a topic, look for more information about it on the internet, in quality and reliable sources.

Be a facilitator

A facilitator is able to quickly assist in conflict resolution. He is committed to improving the fluidity of teamwork and helping people to produce more and more, many times he is seen as a leader, even if he is not part of the company's coordination.

Create true ties

The time when we went to work without caring about our relationships is over.

Never be left behind

A professional who lives up to date on the market and learns new techniques, tends to be more valued. Invest in courses, read articles and improve your skills to perfect the activities you do every day.

e)HOUSING

Housing is an important decision
One of the most belangrike choices that all viewing university students should take is where to live.  Your decision will depend on your goals and the choices on your balance sheet.
Living in college accommodation can be a great experience, but it's not for everyone.
Most of the time in accommodation is spent socializing, so if you're a more serious student and maybe you're easily distracted, college accommodation life isn't for you.

There is a way to carry all this without harming our career and we just need to think about the priority of finishing the desired degrees of study and consequently enjoying friends, sport, parties, travel and job opportunities. This moment in life will hardly be repeated so we suggest that you live it to the fullest but with responsibility.

If your goal is to study, but you also want to live in college housing, look for private campus study locations where you can go when you need it. This can be the library, art centers, computer labs, under a tree or anywhere else you feel comfortable.

Live in a fraternity or brotherhood. You may choose to live in accommodation with certain clubs or organizations. This lifestyle often gives you alternatives to college housing and off-campus living

f)FREE TIME

Young students spend much of their time studying, except for weekends and holidays where they take the opportunity to enjoy and be free.
Thanks to technology the range of possibilities is much wider, sometimes you don't even need to leave the home or the university residence, to disconnect and have a good time.
One of the things that students do in their free time that is considered one of the favorites, is to go out to discostecas, to the cinema, bars, etc.

  • Regularly, University students in their free time carry out other types of activities, such as sports, recreational or social.
  • Although university students manage their free time well, there can be several factors where the student himself does not perform as he or she should be.

  • We as university students are willing to help our peers and offer them various proposals
  • Schedule with date and time all the issues you have to perform.
  • Indicate priorities between academics and social life.

  • To promote the recreational culture of young people, through the formation of values.
  • Suggestions according to the different races that exist.
  • Implement Cultural Activities.

g) RELATIONSSHIPS

Young people seek companionship to talk, hang out, have fun and share, especially with their peers and with people of the opposite sex;
all in multiple places: school, work, church or neighborhood.
The areas where most young people socialize, have fun and live with other people are family, friends and relationships. Youth is "an important time of socialization and at the same time of subjection or individuation.
Courtship has great value among young people, not just as a period
preparation for marriage, but because of its affective and social importance in
your "here and now"

There are cases where young people value their previous experiences as disastrous, tempestuous, laden with jealousy, possessive feelings andwhich are still hurt, so they keep certain reservations to start new relationships; Despite this, they have also learned not necessarily to be better people or to live together and adapt to a couple, but also to
to be careful and define what they really want from a couple.

h)FINANCE

Today students have to really understand what debt means to them, and establish a plan to repay their student loans and any other debts.  It is important to consolidate debts in a way that ensures that you are paying the lowest possible interest rate. If handled incorrectly, debts can easily become an anchor that weighs on future savings and investments.

As students become more financially independent, they should begin to create financial stability and rely on their financial behavior.  Only by recognizing their own behavior will they be able to better identify a financial advisor they can rely on to manage their investments in the future.
The years of college life may be the best in life but they can leave students with a debt burden that persists long after their studies.

Managing our finances at this stage of life (the university) becomes especially difficult during the first semesters of adjustment to university life and, if you are far from your birthplace, you must also learn to live only for the first time, and take care of your services and payments on your own and in a short time.
